Delivery Times and Methods

At Rennat Racewear, we’re committed to getting your racewear and safety gear to you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.
We work with trusted UK and international couriers to ensure every order arrives safely and on time — whether you’re ordering from Scotland, elsewhere in the UK, or overseas.

All orders are trackable. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.

Most of our popular racewear items — such as helmets, suits, gloves, boots, and accessories — are available from stock for quick dispatch.
However, certain specialist or custom-fit products (for example, made-to-order race suits or FIA-approved gear) may require additional lead time.
If your item is made to order or not immediately available, we’ll confirm an estimated delivery window (typically up to 4–5 weeks) before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch)

  • UK Mainland: 1–2 working days

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • United States: 4–7 working days

  • Rest of World: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and package size.
All costs are shown clearly before you confirm payment, ensuring full transparency.

We offer free UK shipping on qualifying orders — please check our website or promotional offers for current thresholds.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These are not included in the product or shipping price and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

If payment of duties or taxes is required before delivery, your local courier or customs office will contact you directly.
Rennat Racewear cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance or import processes.

Order Tracking

Every Rennat Racewear shipment includes a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can also log into your Rennat Racewear account to view order status and updates.

Failed Delivery or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will investigate with the courier and provide updates as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please start the process through our Returns section using your order number and email address.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In unused condition,

  • With all original packaging and tags intact, and

  • Free from any signs of wear or damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.
